Homesteading

Homesteading is more than tending a plot of land, it’s a mindset.  You can homestead wherever you are.  It’s about making do with what you have, and trying to be a net producer instead of a net consumer.  Homemaking is an important way of providing for ourselves.  Our homes become a place of comfort, socialization, and production as we learn how to become more self-sufficient.

Whether you live in a tiny apartment or on many acres in the country you can cultivate a homesteading mindset and learn homesteading skills.
